Twisted I believe the ports are about the same but there are 3 basic chambers through out its history, starting with early 240 heads having a heart shaped chamber then up until the EFI motors chamber was in the 66-72cc range, then with the EFI heads they were a fastburn swirlport design. Some 70'sand later heads have the bump for the air injection nozzle while some don't in the exhaust roof of the port.
