Twisted they cut the Top of the fender and moved it back then sectioned it in. The sides they filled in between the fender and the doors then trimmed it. Still needs some finish work and still have to stretch the hood.Whellbase is 98" vs stock 92"

Seeing your a ford guy I have a Question are the late and early heads the same?? Reason I am asking is I can get my hands on a Cracked Late for free ,So i can cut it to peices. and be able to check out the water jacket area. I have been asked many times If i do a bolt-in Lump port for those heads Now I have one to take a peek at. Thanks

Twisted I believe the ports are about the same but there are 3 basic chambers through out its history, starting with early 240 heads having a heart shaped chamber then up until the EFI motors chamber was in the 66-72cc range, then with the EFI heads they were a fastburn swirlport design. Some 70'sand later heads have the bump for the air injection nozzle while some don't in the exhaust roof of the port. If interested you may want to take a look at the FAQ section on Fordsix.com, there's some good info regarding port work etc. for the heads.

Once i get it all cleaned up I'll post a few pic's of it. I know it has the air pump tube still on it and it was a Injected set-up out of a pick-up truck. And to me yeah i would say a heart shape chamber.
